FAQs

What areas do you service?

We offer house cleaning services in the following areas: Tacoma, Puyallup, Bonney Lake, Milton, Orting, Sumner, Graham, Spanaway, University Place, and Fircrest.

Do we need to be home when you clean?

No, many clients are not home when we clean. But we also have many clients that are home! If you will not be home during the clean we will just need to make arrangements to enter the home. (See below for more)

How can we give you access to our house if we won't be home?

Because we have a large number of recurring clients, we no longer accept keys. Instead we encourage clients to setup a lockbox with a key somewhere outside of their home. Then we can use a code to retrieve the key. There are many different types of lockboxes available on Amazon for under $20 and Lowe’s typically carries one in store for about $30. Another option would be to give us a code that opens your garage, if you have a garage door keypad setup.

Do you bring your own supplies?

We do bring our own supplies, including a vacuum. Please contact us if you have something that you would prefer us to use instead.

How do we pay?

We require all clients to keep a credit card on file. A hold will automatically be put on the card the day before the clean and will be charged after the clean has been completed. You can update your credit card information at anytime by logging into the client portal (links to the portal are in your reminder emails).

What things are not included in a typical clean?

We do not clean dishes, laundry, window exteriors, porches, or carpets. Also, for safety reasons, we do not clean things that are not easily reachable with a step stool or clean ovens unless the self-clean cycle has been run in advance. We do not use oven cleaner.

What do you do when there is a lot of clutter?

We will clean under and around the clutter, within reason, but we prefer that most things are cleared from the counters and floors before we arrive.

How do you handle pets?

We love pets and are able to accommodate most of them! If your pets are friendly, comfortable with strangers and unafraid of the vacuum then we are happy to clean around them! If having a stranger in the house with a vacuum causes a lot of anxiety for your pet, then we ask that you work on arrangements for them in advance.

How many people will be coming to clean my home?

We typically send 1 cleaner for basic and deluxe cleans, unless the home is particularly large. Then we would send 2 or more cleaners. We send 2 or more cleaners for all premium cleans.
