COMPETITIVE PAY

Cleaners start at $19/hour and trainers start at $20/hr. Both positions are eligible for a 50 cent raise every 6 months.

NO NIGHTS or WEEKENDS

We operate from 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

WEEKLY PAYCHECKS

Employees are paid every Friday via direct deposit.

Our cleaners visit and clean houses from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Each home usually takes 3 hours or less to clean solo. You can bring earbuds and listen to your favorite playlists while you work! Plus, we only work with kind, appreciative clients who truly value what we do. Oh, and you’ll get to hang out with adorable pets every day—it’s like therapy but cuter.

Compensation

Starting pay: $19/hr
Plus tips and mileage reimbursement
Most employees average between $20.80 and $26.50 per hour once tips and mileage reimbursement are included.
For employees working 30+ hours per week, gross pay typically ranges from $625 to $915 per paycheck (before taxes).

Complete interview

Connect via Google Meet to complete your virtual interview

Pass the background check

If the interview goes well, we will ask you to complete a background check. You will receive an email from Goodhire with a link to fill out your information. The results typically come back within 5 to 10 minutes.

Accept our job offer

If the background check results are clear, you’re hired! We will send you a job offer from Gusto for you to look over and sign electronically.

Complete onboarding process

After accepting the job, we will start onboarding you.

You will receive an email with all the information you need to get started. It will go over the apps we use, the date you start, who will be training you, when your first payday will be, how our breaks work, and what kind of clothing is allowed.

You will also receive invite emails from the apps we use so that you can set up your login information and get them downloaded to your phone.

Lastly, there will be a link for an online orientation for you to complete before your first day.

You will be paid for the time it takes you to get this set up and completed.

Start the job!

On your first day you will meet your trainer at the first house listed on your schedule that day. You will work with a trainer for about 2 weeks before moving on to cleaning solo.
